Executive, HR & Admin
Job Description / Responsibility
- Handling end-to-end recruitment activities including CV screening, interview coordination, on-boarding support, orientation sessions, employee ID creation, HR system updates, and bank account opening.
- Communication experiences in Govt regulatory organizations like City Corporation, Environment Authority, Fire Service, Labor office.
- Managing the day-to-day administrative activities of the Head Office premises, including housekeeping, security services, transport services, logistic support, safety & security, maintenance of office equipment, surveillance systems (CCTV and PABX), and other relevant administrative tasks which are essential for the smooth operation of the company.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal files, attendance, leave data, and regularly updating the HR database by collecting required documentation.
- Coordinate and follow up with service providers and technicians for timely repair and maintenance of office equipment, plumbing, electricals, and air conditioning.
- Preparing monthly HR reports such as new joiners, confirmations, transfers, resignations, and maintaining the employee database.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Arts (MA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Skills Required: Administration, Human Resource Management, Employee Management, HR and Administration, Office Administration, Employee Benefit, Recruitment
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 6 year(s)
