Visit Visa Processor

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Must have a strong working knowledge and past working experience in the field visa processing both paper and online submission. that all documentation is correctly prepared and submitted within deadlines.
  • Should be aware of various official immigration websites in order to create accounts and accomplish accordingly.
  • Stay updated on immigration laws, visa policies, and any changes in procedures.Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities to facilitate applications.
  • Provide visa counseling and arrange the documents and handover to the clients.
  • Assist in tracking the status of visa applications and follow up with clients regarding updates.
  • Manage records and ensure that customer data is accurate and confidential.
  • Must know the process of visas for the following countries; 1. USA, 2. Canada, 3. Australia, 4. UK and 5. Schengen Countries.

Educational Requirements

  • HSC
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: Transport/ Airline/ Travel, Visa Processing

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Consulting Firms,Immigration and Education Consultancy Service,Immigration/Visa Processing

Additional Requirements

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Immigration/Visa Processing, Transport Service
  • Call Center
  • Educational consultancy
  • Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Immigration Consultant
  • 1-2 years of experience in visa consulting, immigration services, or travel consulting.
  • Familiarity with visa policies, application procedures, and immigration regulations.Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali (written & verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to handle client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
