Job Summary

We are looking for a creative
Social Media Content Creator
to produce engaging photo and video content for our fashion brand. The ideal candidate should be skilled in
video editing (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, VN)
and
graphic design (Photoshop or Canva)
. You will create and manage posts across
Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
, maintaining brand consistency and boosting online engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and produce engaging short and long-form videos for social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Edit videos using tools such as
    CapCut, VN, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro
    , or similar software.
  • Design visually appealing graphics, banners, and promotional materials using
    Photoshop
    or
    Canva
    .
  • Capture and edit photos and videos for digital and promotional use.
  • Research current trends, topics, and content ideas relevant to fashion, lifestyle, and digital marketing.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across all social media channels while maintaining a consistent posting calendar.
  • Maintain the brand's voice, style, and visual consistency across all platforms.
  • Create motion graphics, text/graphic overlays, lower thirds, transitions, and simple animations for videos.
  • Perform color correction, sound mixing, and add captions/subtitles as required.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and execute campaign ideas.


Skills & Requirement:

  • Proven experience as a
    Content Creator, Video Editor, or Social Media Executive
    .
  • Proficiency in video editing tools such as
    CapCut, InShot, VN, or Adobe Premiere Pro
    .
  • Skilled in graphic design using
    Adobe Photoshop
    or
    Canva
    .
  • Good understanding of
    social media algorithms
    , content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Strong sense of
    visual storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail
    .
  • Ability to write simple and engaging captions in
    English and Bangla
    .
  • Basic knowledge of
    motion graphics and animation
    will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
  • Team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and digital marketing content creation.

Education:
Bachelor's/Honors/Diploma
