About the Role

As a Senior Executive – Creative & Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping UCBD's brand identity through impactful designs and creative campaigns. You'll craft visuals that inspire students, engage parents, and promote UCBD's programs across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

·      Design and develop creative marketing materials (brochures, posters, banners, social media creatives, digital ads).

·      Conceptualize visual campaigns for admissions, events, and student engagement initiatives.

·      Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

·      Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to deliver compelling visual solutions.

·      Stay updated with design trends and education marketing innovations.

What We're Looking For

·      Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.

·      3–5 years of relevant experience in a creative/design role, preferably in the education, publishing, or media industry.

·      Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; video editing tools like Premiere Pro is a plus).

·      Strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital and print mediums.

·      Understanding of education audiences (students, parents, counselors) is a plus.

·      Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
