Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Professional based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The role includes preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure clients' supply chain needs are met effectively. The Sales Professional will also gather market intelligence to identify and address emerging market demands.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Negotiation, Communication, and Customer Service
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and gather Competitive Intelligence effectively
  • Experience or knowledge in the logistics and supply chain industry is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software
  • A strong ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
