Role Description

This is a
full-time, on-site role
for an
SEO Intern
, located in
Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka, Bangladesh
.

As an
SEO Intern
, you will work closely with our digital marketing and content teams to improve our organic visibility across search engines. You'll learn the real-world processes of
technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword strategy, and performance analytics
— applying your learnings directly to live projects that influence our clients' results.

This internship is designed for ambitious individuals who want to understand the deeper side of SEO — not just writing content, but understanding how
algorithms, structure, and data
determine who ranks and why.

Program Details & Compensation

  • Duration:
    3 months (focused, immersive internship)
  • Location:
    On-site at our Mirpur DOHS office
  • Monthly Stipend:
    BDT 10,000 – 15,000 (based on experience and availability)
  • Opportunity for Full-Time Role:
    Successful interns may transition to full-time employment with a new, negotiable salary upon completion.

Mandatory Requirements for All Internships

  • Status:
    Must be a
    Fresh Graduate
    or
    Working Professional
    . (Current students are not eligible.)
  • Location:
    Must be available to work physically from our
    Mirpur DOHS
    office throughout the internship.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
  • A curious and data-driven mindset

What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day

  • Conduct
    keyword research
    using professional SEO tools (like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console).
  • Support the optimization of web pages, blogs, and landing pages for
    on-page and technical SEO
    .
  • Assist in performing
    SEO audits
    to identify issues related to metadata, internal linking, and crawlability.
  • Monitor
    organic traffic trends
    , rankings, and keyword performance.
  • Help implement and test
    structured data (Schema markup)
    to improve search visibility.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to document and develop new
    SEO best practices
    .
