SEO & Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a
smart, proactive, and tech-savvy SEO & Digital Marketing Executive
to strengthen our digital presence and lead generation across global markets. The ideal candidate will be skilled in
AI-based SEO
,
performance marketing
, and
promoting IT, software, and graphics products

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO & AI-Powered Optimization

  • Develop and execute
    AI-driven SEO strategies
    using tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, and SurferSEO.
  • Perform keyword and competitor research focused on
    software, web, and graphics solutions
    .
  • Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO (meta tags, site speed, schema, backlinking).
  • Plan and manage
    global and regional SEO campaigns
    targeting Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.

2. Digital Advertising & Lead Generation

  • Plan and run
    Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
    for software and creative service promotions.
  • Track and optimize ad performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS) with
    GA4, Tag Manager
    , and conversion reports.
  • Use AI-based analytics to improve targeting and campaign automation.

3. Content, Social Media & Branding

  • Create and publish SEO-friendly content for
    blogs, product pages, and social media.
  • Manage platforms like
    Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Collaborate with the
    graphics and video team
    for visuals, reels, and motion marketing content.
  • Support
    email marketing
    and newsletter campaigns for global audiences.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze marketing data using
    GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Data Studio.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Service Marketing
  • Skills Required: SEO and Digital Marketing, Digital Content Development, on page and off page SEO, SEO and Google ads

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company,IT Enabled Service,Computer Hardware/Network Companies,Consulting Firms,Group of Companies,Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn,E-commerce,Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in SEO and Digital Marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Knowledge of AI-based SEO, automation, and content tools.
  • Practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO analytics tools.
  • Basic understanding of PHP/MySQL, WordPress, and MERN-based websites.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills in English and Bangla.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in IT, software, or creative design marketing.
  • Familiarity with email automation, CRM systems, and conversion optimization (CRO).
  • Ability to collaborate with development and graphics teams for integrated marketing.
