RBN Education is looking for an Education Consultant

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Assist students with university applications for Australia, New Zealand, and the UK
  • Handle visa application processes efficiently.
  • Manage and engage with students through social media platforms and calls.
  • Update the CRM system with student reports and relevant information.
  • Create short counselling videos to aid in student guidance for a social media platform.
  • Attend seminars, workshops, and training sessions as required.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's in any relevant subject

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service

Additional Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in the education or migration sector. Compassionate, patient, and understanding approach to student needs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to convert student inquiries into enrolments.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
