About the role:

As a Counsellor / Senior Counsellor at Edvoy, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through their study abroad journey. From shortlisting universities to providing impartial advice and conducting virtual counselling sessions, you will be instrumental in empowering students to pursue their educational aspirations.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse team across four continents and spearhead growth in the EdTech sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Shortlist universities based on course, rankings, specialization, location preference, and financial ability of students/parents.
  • Provide impartial and honest advice to students on studying abroad.
  • Conduct talks/presentations on behalf of the company in webinars/seminars and virtual counselling sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to attract investors and

vendors using professional videos and content.

Candidate requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in counselling students, preferably in the study abroad sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A degree qualification.
  • Prior experience in higher education student recruitment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a friendly professional demeanor
