Job Description / Responsibility

  • Verification of regular transaction, bills and documents before approval and record keeping.
  • Audit on raw materials, finished goods & general store items at regular basis.
  • Cash management, Banking transaction and VAT & Tax management
  • Check all kinds of distributor's documents & accounting transactions and relevant requisition challan, gate pass and goods inwards & outwards.
  • Must focus regular collections
  • Observing overall bad debts (outstanding amount) and take initiatives to recovery.
  • Must be interested for working under pressure in dirty field to recovery credit from corrupted customers.
  • Work closely with sales team for day to day sales, collections and delivery activities and ensure to meet the monthly collections target.
  • Full support for smooth functioning Accounting Software
  • Supplier & Customer management and relevant business communication as required
  • Periodical visit at outside Dhaka in Auditing aspect
  • Proceed legal affairs and any other jobs as per assigned by management

Educational Requirements

  • Masters
  • Master`s in Accounting/ Finance (no 3rd division will be allowed)
  • Part qualification from any professional institute.
  • ICMAB/ICAB will be given priority.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 8 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Good knowledge and experience in Agro Industry and Tally software ERP-9.
  • Must be well organized, honest, good behavior and sincere.
