Position:
Marketing & Counseling Executive

We are seeking enthusiastic, proactive, and results-driven individuals (male or female) to join our team as Marketing & Counseling Executives. The ideal candidate will guide prospective clients interested in Japanese language programs, SSW, TITP, and international job opportunities, converting inquiries into enrolled students and clients. Candidates should be confident communicators, ready for fieldwork, and passionate about education and career development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students and guardians on Japanese language programs and SSW training.
  • Promote programs through visits to colleges, training centers, and institutions.
  • Organize and participate in seminars, campaigns, and admission events.
  • Maintain follow-up communication with prospective students.
  • Assist with admission processing and document collection.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for marketing campaigns and reporting.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on field activities and student inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bengali and English.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and counseling skills.
  • Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork as required.
  • Experience in student counseling, sales, or education marketing is an advantage.
  • Interest in Japanese culture or language is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Applicants with Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) certification (N5 or above) will be given preference.
