Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Counselor at Axiom Education and Immigration in Dhaka. The Educational Counselor will be responsible for providing student counseling, career counseling, and educational consulting services on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years proven experience in digital marketing (agency/education sector preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media platforms.
  • Good content writing & communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Manage social media pages, posting schedules, content planning & engagement.
  • Optimize campaigns for higher reach, traffic & conversions.
  • Coordinate with the design team for creatives, posts, ads & videos.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Manage website updates, SEO activities & landing pages.
  • Support email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
