Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Dhaka. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, managing accounts, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer support. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills
  • Proficiency in market research, business development, and lead management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in textile or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
