Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role located in Dhaka. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls with professionalism, managing the front desk, and performing various clerical duties. They will also enhance customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring positive interactions with all visitors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, such as greeting visitors, managing schedules, and handling inquiries.
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Experience in Customer Service, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving concerns effectively.
  • Basic Clerical Skills, including organizing files, handling data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in receptionist or administrative roles is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications are an advantage.
