Job Description / Responsibility
- Prepare, generate, and verify bills/invoices accurately
- Handle patient billing and payment collection
- Maintain billing records, invoices, and payment history
- Coordinate with accounts/finance department for daily reports
- Resolve billing queries and discrepancies politely
- Prepare daily sales/billing summaries
- Ensure compliance with company billing policies
- Greet and assist patients professionally
- Handle front desk operations smoothly
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Register patients maintain records
- Schedule appointments and manage queues
- Provide information about services and charges
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area
- Coordinate with internal staff and departments
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
