Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role located in Dhaka. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries. The role involves scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, and providing general clerical support to the team. Additionally, the Receptionist will contribute to ensuring a welcoming environment and delivering excellent customer service to students and clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
  • Strong Clerical Skills, including organization and multitasking
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office
