Mid-Level Google Ads Expert
to manage, optimize, and track our paid ad campaigns.

Role Overview

This is a
part-time, fully remote role
, requiring no more than
15–20 hours per month
. The ideal candidate will be skilled in running Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce and technically strong in
Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and GA4 tracking setups
. You will manage campaigns, share
daily updates
, and join
two weekly strategy calls
to align on growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and manage
    Google Ads campaigns
    (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Conduct
    keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
    .
  • Create and optimize
    ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
    for performance.
  • Implement
    event tracking in Google Tag Manager (GTM)
    and connect with Google Ads & Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Set up and manage
    conversion tracking, remarketing tags, and custom events
    .
  • Monitor campaigns daily and make regular optimizations to improve
    CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
    .
  • Provide
    daily ad performance updates
    (spend, conversions, ROAS, and key notes).
  • Join
    two strategy/coordination calls weekly
    for campaign planning and improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest
    Google Ads trends, tools, and policy changes
    .

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of proven experience
    managing Google Ads campaigns (e-commerce preferred).
  • Strong expertise in
    Google Tag Manager
    (event setup, triggers, tags, and variables).
  • Experience connecting
    Google Ads with GTM, Google Analytics, and GA4
    .
  • Ability to set up
    conversion tracking, enhanced e-commerce tracking, and remarketing
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and budget optimization
    .
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to provide
    daily updates
    and join weekly calls.
  • Google Ads Certification (preferred).
  • Bonus:
    Knowledge of
    SEO and search ranking strategies
    (a plus point but not mandatory).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
