experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager
to join our team and lead our
digital presence, branding, and marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will drive
brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement
through a mix of
social media, content marketing, paid ads, SEO, and strategic campaigns.
This role requires a strong understanding of
branding, digital strategy, and performance marketing to position RBN EDUCATION
as a top choice for international education.

Key Responsibilities at RBN Education

·      
Brand Development & Strategic Marketing
: Spearhead the creation and execution of a cohesive brand identity and digital marketing strategy to enhance RBN Education's visibility and authority in the global education consultancy sector.

·      
Digital Marketing Leadership
: Lead end-to-end planning and implementation of data-driven campaigns across diverse digital channels—including social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and website management—to maximize student engagement and recruitment.

·      
Social Media & Content Strategy
: Drive content development and audience growth across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms through engaging, student-centric storytelling and impactful digital presence.

·      
SEO & Website Performance Optimization
: Elevate website ranking, visibility, and organic traffic through advanced SEO techniques, keyword research, content marketing, and performance tracking for measurable growth.

·      
Lead Generation & Paid Campaigns
: Strategically design, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other PPC campaigns to deliver high-quality leads and increase student enrollment conversion rates.

·      Create engaging content with strong copywriting skills.

·      
Google Analytics:
Use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and reporting tools for performance tracking.

·      
Design Tools:
Basic design tasks using Canva or Photoshop.

·      
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with the team to implement innovative marketing strategies.

Requirements

·      Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.

· months to 1 year of proven experience in digital marketing.

·      Hands-on knowledge of basic SEO and WordPress customization.

·      Strong ability to generate potential leads through digital platforms.

·      Knowledge of social media marketing and paid campaigns.

·      Good communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

·      Ability to work under deadlines and achieve targets.

·      Prior experience in the education sector or student recruitment industry is highly preferred.
