Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the organization's IT systems for optimal performance, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and applying updates.
  • Lead the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, customizing them to meet business needs in collaboration with various departments.
  • Provide ongoing user support and training for seamless system integration and improved data management.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to streamline workflows and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Create documentation and training materials to empower staff.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance understanding of systems and processes for continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Systems Administrator responsible for optimizing G&A systems, including Zuora, ERP systems like NetSuite or Sage Intacct, and other essential finance and operations tools.
  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is necessary.
  • Proven experience as a systems owner for enterprise financial systems, ensuring platform integration, efficient workflows, data integrity, and scalability.
  • Experience in training internal teams, driving automation, promoting AI adoption, and supporting ERP implementation through practical training and resources.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Employment Structure

  • Hybrid in Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka | Full-time
  • Salary: USD 3,500 - 4,000
  • Benefits: 2 Festival Bonuses Fully Subsidized Meals
  • Work Week: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM BST (Overlapping Hours with US EST Timezone)
