Job Description / Responsibility

  • Quality Feeds Limited, one of the leading feed manufacturing companies in the country, is inviting applications from dynamic and experienced HR professionals to join our team.
  • Support new employee orientation and onboarding formalities.
  • Ensure employee records and practices are in line with Bangladesh Labor Law.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and maintain appraisal documentation.
  • Maintain proper documentation for disciplinary actions and ensure due process.
  • Assist in handling grievances and resolving workplace issues diplomatically.
  • Assist in conducting background verification and reference checks.
  • Schedule interviews, prepare assessments, and coordinate with other interview related formality.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and official communications.
  • Participate in policy formulation and HR process improvement initiatives.
  • Support internal communication and company culture development.
  • Assist in exit interviews and offboarding formalities.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • BBA/MBA in HRM, Management, or any relevant field.

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Animal/Plant Breeding

Additional Job Requirements

  • Age 25 to 32 years
  • Sound understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
