Job Description:

is looking for a motivated Junior SQA Engineer with 06 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about quality assurance and software testing, with a keen eye for detail and a desire to grow in the field of software quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure the quality of web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
  • Understand business logic to ensure testing aligns with business requirements and objectives.
  • Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Track and report software defects and inconsistencies.
  • Ensure the software meets functional, performance, and user experience requirements.
  • Participate in agile/scrum meetings to provide input on requirements, design, and potential risks.
  • Perform Sanity Testing, Acceptance Testing, Black Box Testing, Compatibility Testing, Functional Testing, Load Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
  • Good knowledge of software testing methodologies and practices.
  • Experience with different project management tools (ClickUp/JIRA/and Asana).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Basic Knowledge of performance testing is a plus.
  • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
  • Basic Programming Knowledge on PHP & Java
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and experience testing APIs is a plus.
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Salary Range: Negotiable (Based on relevant experience & interview evaluation)

  • Working Days: Sunday to Thursday.

  • Salary Review: Yearly Once.
