Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Professional. The role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Sales Professional will develop strategies for market penetration, provide tailored solutions for customers, and maintain knowledge of the products and services offered by VIP International. Additionally, the role requires effective communication and collaboration with internal teams to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including expertise in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management and collaboration
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Familiarity with automotive and industrial lubricant products is a plus
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a remote work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools is beneficial
