Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Sales Professional located in Dhaka, with flexibility for occasional work from home. The primary responsibilities include driving software sales, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with clients. The role also involves identifying and closing sales opportunities, collaborating with teams to meet targets, and ensuring client satisfaction through dedicated follow-ups and support.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Software Sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Skills in Lead Generation and the ability to identify and nurture potential sales opportunities
  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present, negotiate, and build client relationships
  • Expertise in Account Management and the ability to maintain long-term client partnerships
  • General Sales knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or SaaS platforms
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a hybrid environment
  • Experience in selling SaaS solutions and knowledge of AI-based automation tools is a plus
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
