Job Context:

We are a Web Development & Digital Marketing Agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Currently, we are looking for fresher graduates with good academic backgrounds or candidates with experience in telemarketing focused on USA, Europe, Australia. or other English-speaking countries. It's a full-time office job, and the hired persons will have the opportunity to learn from the experts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The hired persons will assist in the following tasks and will work exclusively under the Design and Development team leader:
  • Applying to various Web Design and Development projects related to
    WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow, Wix, etc.
    in different online marketplace like , Upwork, Fiverr etc.
  • Bidding, Client communication, Proposal making/writing.
  • Adding the Web Design and Development leads/deals in our CRM.
  • Maintain database of customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to close the deal.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Educational Requirements:

CSE from any reputed Public/private university.

Experience Requirements:

1 year of work experience in online marketplaces like Freelancer, Upwork, Fiverr, etc., will be considered a plus.

Requirements:

  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow, Wix, etc. will be a strong advantage.
  • Proven freelance experience working with any of these platforms will be considered a plus.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English to communicate with native English-speaking clients.
  • Sound knowledge of IT terminologies (Especially in Web design and web development).
  • Better to have sound knowledge of day-to-day software/tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Dropbox, zoom, etc.
  • Fast learner and dynamic
  • Good analytical ability.
