Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing, executing, and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance ICCL's online presence and attract target audiences. Key responsibilities include managing social media campaigns, analyzing web performance using analytics tools, optimizing online marketing efforts, and creating engaging digital content. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with organizational goals and ensure accurate brand representation.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing, with a proven ability to manage multiple platforms effectively.
  • Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent Communication skills to create compelling content and collaborate across teams.
  • Additional qualifications such as knowledge of SEO/SEM, proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords), and creative thinking will be considered a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
