We're looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive / Sr. Executive who can plan, execute, and analyze campaigns that highlight our projects, expertise, and brand value. If you're passionate about storytelling, digital tools, and performance marketing, this role is for you

Job Details:

  • Workplace: On-site (Baridhara DOHS)
  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Dhaka Time), Sunday to Thursday
  • Experience Required: 1–3 years in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or Social Media Management
  • Salary: BDT 25,000 – 35,000 per month (based on experience & skill)
  • Must-Have: Creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and understanding of digital marketing tools and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns to showcase our projects, expertise, and brand value.
  • Support clients in developing and presenting campaign plans, demonstrating strong marketing insight.
  • Manage social media platforms — schedule posts, maintain engagement, and track performance.
  • Collect and interpret campaign and social analytics to guide improvements.
  • Design visuals and mockups using Canva, and explore AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Gamma) for creative enhancement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for reporting, content planning, and project coordination.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or social media.
  • Strong understanding of campaign planning, audience targeting, and storytelling.
  • Skilled in Canva and familiar with AI-based marketing or design tools.
  • Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a teamwork mindset.

Bonus Skills:

  • Basic motion graphics or short-form video editing experience.
  • Experience with client presentations or event activations.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. Candidates with a strong creative portfolio or campaign experience are encouraged to apply, even if from a different academic background.
