Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the full-time role of Engineering Sales Manager at our Dhaka office. The successful candidate will lead and manage the sales team, develop sales strategies, and ensure revenue and market growth. Key responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, preparing sales proposals, and closing deals. The role also requires coordinating with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and promoting product awareness through client engagement and industry events. This is an on-site position based in Dhaka.

Qualifications

  • Strong abilities in Sales Management, Account Management, and Business Development
  • Technical knowledge of engineering products, especially experience with power generation technologies, material handling equipment, and lubricants
  • Expertise in Customer Relationship Management and communication skills
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills
  • Must have a B.Sc. in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in a sales or technical sales role within the energy or industrial product sector
  • Proficiency with reporting and familiarity with sales data analysis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of the local Bangladeshi market and customer base is highly advantageous
