Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in Dhaka. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within their assigned region. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing and training sales teams, identifying growth opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, analyzing market trends, and meeting sales targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction will also form a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development
- Strong skills in Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs for strategic decision-making
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related technology
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Experience in the power or energy sector is an advantage
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic work environment
