Job Description
We are looking for a
results-driven CPA Campaign Specialist
with proven experience in
performance marketing for VAS (Value-Added Services) and Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) products
. This role is focused on
scaling profitable user acquisition
, maintaining traffic quality, and working closely with tech and product teams across multiple geographies. If you have hands-on experience managing
CPA traffic, affiliate partners, and paid media for subscription-based mobile services
, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale
CPA-based user acquisition campaigns
for VAS/DCB products across affiliate networks and paid media platforms. - Build, manage, and grow relationships with
CPA networks, direct affiliates, media buyers, and traffic partners
. - Own campaign performance with a strong focus on
CPA, ROI, ARPU, LTV, CTR, CVR, retention, and churn control
. - Monitor campaign health using
tracking, attribution, and anti-fraud tools
, ensuring compliance with operator and regulatory guidelines. - Work closely with
tech, billing, and product teams
to troubleshoot tracking issues, flow drops, OTP challenges, and operator-specific constraints. - Develop, test, and optimize
landing pages, prelanders, creatives, and funnels
to maximize conversions. - Identify and test
new GEOs, traffic sources, formats, and scaling strategies
, especially across Asia, Middle East, and Africa. - Analyze competitors, market trends, and traffic behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare
weekly and monthly performance reports
, insights, and actionable recommendations for management.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience
in CPA or performance marketing, preferably in
VAS, mVAS, or DCB services
. - Strong understanding of
carrier billing mechanics
, MSISDN detection, OTP flows, WiFi vs mobile data behavior, and operator compliance. - Proven experience working with
affiliate networks, direct publishers, and paid traffic sources
(Meta, Google, TikTok, native, push, pop, redirect). - Hands-on experience with
tracking and analytics tools
such as: - Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Conversion pixels and postbacks
- Microsoft Clarity
- Adjust, Voluum, AppsFlyer (any or multiple)
- Strong analytical skills with
Excel / Google Sheets
for traffic analysis, cohort tracking, and ROI forecasting. - Experience identifying and mitigating
fraudulent traffic
(bots, incent, fake conversions, abnormal CTR/CVR). - Ability to manage performance budgets independently with a
test–optimize–scale mindset
. - Strong verbal and written
English communication skills
.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution (any discipline).
- Proven ability to
manage multiple campaigns across different GEOs simultaneously
. - Strong
attention to detail
with a data-driven decision-making approach. - Ability to work under pressure and meet
tight deadlines
in fast-paced environments. - Excellent
problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
, especially for tracking, conversion drops, and billing flow issues. - Strong collaboration skills with
technical, product, compliance, and business teams
. - Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of
working independently with minimal supervision
. - High level of
ethical standards and compliance awareness
, particularly in subscription-based and carrier-billed services. - Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to
new traffic sources, tools, and market trends
