Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Dhaka. The role involves identifying and attracting potential customers, nurturing client relationships, developing innovative marketing strategies, and driving sales performance. Daily tasks include preparing promotional campaigns, providing exceptional customer service, delivering sales training, and managing sales processes to meet business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to organizational goals will be integral to the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and meet targets
  • Experience in conducting Training sessions to enhance team performance and develop skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools, along with a solid grasp of sales principles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
