Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled
Advertising Expert
with proven experience in managing and optimizing advanced ad campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and performance tracking with advanced analytics tools. You will be responsible for handling client meetings, campaign execution, performance reporting, and achieving sales-driven targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize
    Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads
    campaigns.
  • Set up and manage
    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel tracking, and WooCommerce advanced tracking
    .
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide
    data-driven insights
    for optimization.
  • Conduct
    client meetings, appointment sittings, and strategy presentations
    .
  • Work closely with the sales team to
    achieve monthly sales and performance targets
    .
  • Manage
    USA-based client meetings
    , ensuring professionalism and effective communication.
  • Deliver measurable ROI through well-structured ad campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing
    multi-platform ad campaigns
    (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Strong knowledge of
    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel setup, and WooCommerce advanced tracking
    .
  • Experience in handling
    international (especially USA) clients
    .
  • Ability to work with
    target-based performance
    and meet monthly KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
  • Must be Dhaka-based and willing to work
    office hours
    .
