About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Country Managing Director to lead our Bangladesh operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS-EdTech, B2B, and B2C solutions, with the ability to drive growth, establish strong market presence, and lead cross-functional teams toward achieving organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership and oversee all operations of the Bangladesh office.
• Build and execute go-to-market strategies for SaaS, B2B, and B2C solutions.
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability and operational efficiency.
• Establish partnerships with enterprises, institutions, and government stakeholders.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across sales, marketing, technology, and operations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards, policies, and local regulations.
• Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
Requirements
• 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in SaaS and technology-driven companies.
• Strong track record of success in B2B and B2C market execution.
• Deep understanding of the Bangladesh market dynamics, with proven ability to scale businesses.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, budgets, and corporate governance.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with execution-driven leadership.

• Established record of launching and expanding SaaS, B2B, and B2C solutions in competitive markets.

• Achieved significant revenue growth, market share expansion, and operational excellence in previous leadership roles.
• Strong history of regulatory compliance and governance in multi-jurisdictional environments.
- Core Country Managing Director Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute country-level business strategies aligned with global vision.
• Operations Oversight: Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment of all departments with organizational objectives.
• Market Expansion: Develop and implement market penetration strategies for B2B and B2C channels.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage country P&L, budget forecasting, and financial planning.

• Identify new revenue streams across SaaS, enterprise, and consumer markets.
• Lead the development and execution of growth strategies, including market entry and expansion.
• Establish key partnerships with enterprises, SMEs, and startups for long-term growth.
• Oversee marketing and sales enablement to ensure consistent pipeline growth.
• Evaluate new opportunities for diversification and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strategic Partnership Building Responsibilities
• Foster high-value partnerships with government, corporates, universities, and industry associations.
• Negotiate and structure joint ventures, alliances, and distribution agreements.
• Build long-term trust and collaboration with ecosystem partners to strengthen market positioning.
• Represent the company in conferences, trade shows, and industry events to expand brand presence.
• Align partnership strategies with business growth and product adoption goals.

Compensation & Incentive Framework – Country Managing Director
- Base Salary
• Competitive executive-level base salary in line with Bangladesh market standards and international benchmarks.
- Commission Structure
• Performance-based commission tied to direct sales and expansion targets.
• Commission on:
• B2B Contracts (institutional SaaS, enterprise clients) – up to 3–5% of contract value.
• B2C Sales Growth (subscription/user-based expansion) – scaled commission based on tiered milestones.
• Designed to reward aggressive market expansion and new client acquisition.
- Sales Closing Incentives
• One-time bonus per closed deal above a defined threshold.
• High-value enterprise deals may qualify for additional closing bonuses (e.g., 1–2% of deal size).
• Recognition-based rewards: performance awards, leadership retreats, international exposure.
- Revenue Sharing
• Revenue share model linked to annual growth targets:
• Achieving 100%+ target → 2–3% revenue share bonus.
• Achieving 150%+ target → 5% revenue share bonus.
