We are hiring a Country Representative to lead student recruitment and agent partnerships in Bangladesh for a leading UK public university based in London.Note:University name will remain confidential and will only be revealed to shortlisted candidates during the interview.>Key Responsibilities• Act as the official representative of our UK university partner in Bangladesh.• Develop and manage agent networks, school/institutional partnerships, and regional alliances.• Represent the university at education expos, seminars, school visits, webinars, and info sessions.• Conduct student counselling sessions and ensure follow-up for application conversion.• Coordinate with the UK Head Office & Global Admissions Team for recruitment and marketing strategies.• Oversee brand visibility, digital marketing collaboration, and market intelligence reporting.>Candidate Requirements• Minimum 2+ years of experience in UK student recruitment / international education / agent management.• Strong networking, presentation & communication skills.• Fluent in English & Bangla.• Willingness to travel for events, institutional visits, and partnership meetings.• Experience in intake planning and conversion monitoring will be considered an advantage.>Compensation & Benefits• Attractive Salary + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance• Hybrid Working Flexibility• Official Representation & International Exposure• Direct collaboration with UK University International Recruitment Teams
