Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant located in Dhaka. The Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting the management team, coordinating events, handling communications, and maintaining records. The role requires effective collaboration with team members and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Administrative and organizational skills
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Event coordination and planning experience
  • Proficiency in record-keeping and management
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
