The role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Golang Software Engineer with a strong background in SaaS and Golang to join our team
.
 This role has a direct. From day one you own delivery: turn product goals into a plan, align the team, and ship reliable Go services on time. As you demonstrate team leadership and stable execution, we'll formalize the title change to Tech Lead.

What you'll do

  • Design, development, and maintenance of a high-performance, scalable, and fault-tolerant system built using Go programming language.
  • Turn product goals into a clear technical plan before coding starts
  • Write and maintain high-performance Go microservices.
  • Design APIs and service boundaries (REST/gRPC)
  • Collaborate with frontend, product, and DevOps to deliver outcomes
  • Debug tricky issues across services and databases
  • Mentor engineers and raise the bar through reviews and standards
  • Track milestones, flag risks early, and hit deadlines

What you have to ensure

  • Lightweight PRD and tech spec for every feature
  • Task breakdown with estimates and owners
  • Definition of Ready and Definition of Done agreed upfront
  • Release plan with staging, canary, and rollback
  • Observability by default: metrics, logs, traces, SLOs

Must-haves

  • Minimum 4 years building SaaS products.
  • Proven record of shipping on time
  • Strong system design and debugging skills
  • Microservices and REST API experience
  • Frontend familiarity: React, , Tailwind
  • Databases: PostgreSQL and an analytical DB (e.g., ClickHouse)
  • Practical Git/PR workflow and CI/CD basics
  • Able to organize requirements and lead a small team
  • Good experience with gRPC, Docker/Kubernetes, performance tuning

Compensation and benefits

  • Remuneration: Up to 120K BDT/Month
