Compensation:
BDT 70,000–80,000 (Negotiable for top talent)

Role Overview

We are seeking highly skilled
Senior Backend Engineers
experienced in
, , and Fastify
to architect and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems. You will help drive technical decisions, mentor junior engineers, and play a key role in shaping the backend architecture of our products.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, design, and develop robust backend systems & REST/GraphQL APIs

Build scalable backend architectures for modern web & SaaS applications

Work with MongoDB/PostgreSQL using Prisma/Mongoose

Ensure high-level API security, performance, and optimization

Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams

Mentor junior engineers and enforce engineering best practices

Manage deployment workflows using Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines

Contribute to architecture planning and strategic technical decisions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CSE, IT, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience)

3-4 years of hands-on backend development experience

Expert-level proficiency in , , and Fastify

Strong knowledge of REST API design, JWT authentication & clean code principles

Strong experience with MongoDB/PostgreSQL and Prisma/Mongoose

Solid proficiency in TypeScript

Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, CI/CD

Leadership or mentorship experience is a plus

Strong problem-solving mindset with ownership & collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microservices / Serverless architectures

Familiarity with AWS, Vercel, or DigitalOcean

Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, or WebSockets

Knowledge of scalable, distributed systems
