Job Summary:

The Child Development Officer at AYAT Care will be responsible for training and supervising nannies, ensuring they provide high-quality childcare services aligned with early childhood development principles. This role also involves updating training materials, conducting corporate wellness sessions, counseling clients on child development, and supporting home care services through monitoring and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Curriculum Development:

Conduct training sessions for nannies on early childhood development, childcare best practices, and on-the-job responsibilities.

  • Continuously update the curriculum and develop engaging course materials for training programs.
  • Corporate Wellness & Client Counseling:
  • Conduct educational sessions in corporate employee wellness programs, focusing on childcare and early childhood development.
  • Provide counseling for parents and clients regarding their children's development, behavioral concerns, and best practices for holistic growth.
  • On-Call Support & Therapy Sessions:
  • Offer on-call sessions related to early childhood development, therapies, and interventions for children as needed.
  • Assist families with tailored solutions for child development challenges through guidance and expert recommendations.
  • Home Care Support & Monitoring:
  • Monitor nannies' performance through on-call support and home visits, ensuring the quality of childcare services provided.
  • Support the home care service team by advising on best practices for child engagement and care strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

BSc. and MSc. in Early Childhood Development or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education, childcare training, or child development counseling.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for curriculum development and reporting.
  • Language Proficiency:
  • Professional-level English skills in reading, writing, and listening to communicate effectively with clients, corporate partners, and team members.

Additional Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to develop engaging training materials and deliver interactive sessions.

Experience with child psychology, play-based learning, and therapeutic interventions is a plus.
