Territory Sales Executive / Sales Officer (Mobile)

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Work as Territory Sales Executive (TSE) / Sales Officer (SO) within the assigned zone to develop retail sales.
  • Identify local business opportunities and challenges in order to expand the market.
  • Work closely with distributor and internal teams to meet individual and group sales target.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with distributors team members ensuring adequate product knowledge, sales training and sales support as may require following company sales policy.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and drive market development by collecting, analyzing, and evaluating competitors' information, activities, and strategies in alignment with company objectives.
  • Achieve monthly sales and collection target.
  • Monitor and manage regular collections to achieve collection targets while minimizing the risk of dealer default.
  • Work in a team under direct supervision of Area Sales manager (ASM) in formulating marketing & sales policy with the guidance and inspiration of the company.
  • Provide monthly report on sales, collection and retailer & distributor status.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry),Computer Hardware/Network Companies,Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM),Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances,Freight forwarding,Group of Companies,Research Organization,Mobile Accessories,Battery, Storage cell,HVAC System

Additional Requirements

  • Must have updated knowledge about Mobile industry, competitors` performance and other information.
  • Must have concrete plan to develop sales performance in assigned area.
  • Must have ability to set up strong distribution network as per market and company requirements.
  • Must need to be efficient in credit management to get maximum output from distributors for the company.
  • Must have Good knowledge in office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.).
