AI Engineer

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Assist in building and maintaining
    computer vision–based workflows
    for analyzing visual data streams, including detection, tracking, and rule-driven events.
  • Work with
    Python-based pipelines
    and libraries for image/video processing, model inference, and system integration.
  • Support
    data preparation and validation tasks
    , including organizing datasets, assisting with annotations, and ensuring data quality for model usage.
  • Help integrate vision-derived outputs with
    backend services, APIs, and databases
    for downstream processing and analytics.
  • Participate in
    testing, debugging, and performance validation
    of AI components using real-world data inputs.
  • Assist in developing
    visualization and configuration tools
    to monitor outputs, inspect results, and support operational workflows.
  • Follow established coding standards and contribute to
    technical documentation
    , experiment notes, and usage guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members across engineering and product functions, supporting iterative development and improvement cycles.
  • Gain exposure to
    AI-driven decision workflows
    , including systems where visual understanding is combined with higher-level reasoning or automation logic.
  • Actively learn and adapt to emerging AI paradigms, such as multi-step pipelines, tool-assisted models, and vision-language–based systems under guidance.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computing & Information System
  • Skills Required: Python Programmer, Computer Vision, AI Development

Experience Requirements

  • At most 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Software Company,Developer
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with object detection frameworks such as YOLO, RF-DETR, and other modern detection libraries; ability to experiment, evaluate, and integrate pretrained models.
  • Exposure to desktop application development using PyQt / PySide, especially for building internal tools, visualizations, or configuration panels.
  • Basic working knowledge of Agentic AI tooling, including frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph, with interest in multi-step, tool-driven AI workflows.
  • Awareness or project-level experience with generative models, including diffusion models, and the ability to understand where and how they fit into AI systems.
  • Conceptual and practical understanding of model fine-tuning (LLMs, VLMs, ViT-based models), along with familiarity with Oracle DB, vector databases, and key ML lifecycle topics such as fine-tuning strategies.
