What You'll Do

  • Build product features end-to-end, across:
  • Frontend: (React) running on
  • Backend: Python FastAPI services and APIs
  • Develop and integrate APIs: implement endpoints, connect workflows to apps/data, and ensure clean request/response handling.
  • Work on GenAI capabilities: integrate LLM APIs into product experiences and help improve agent/workflow behavior.
  • Ship with quality: write clean code, add basic tests, handle errors well, and help debug issues in production.
  • Collaborate closely: work with product and engineering, communicate clearly, and iterate quickly.

What You Bring (Must-Have)

  • frontend experience: you've built UI features in (components, routing, API integration).
  • experience: comfortable working in the Node ecosystem (TypeScript is a plus).
  • FastAPI backend experience: you've built APIs using FastAPI (routing, validation, request/response models, error handling).
  • API fundamentals: strong grasp of REST basics (auth patterns, pagination, status codes, debugging).
  • Good engineering habits: Git, clean code, basic testing, and a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Interest in GenAI: you've experimented with LLM APIs or built small GenAI projects (projects/demo work count).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Docker basics; familiarity with cloud deployment (GCP/AWS)
  • Hands-on experience implementing API security (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect)
  • RAG/embeddings, vector databases
  • Webhooks, gRPC, WebSockets, Kafka/event-driven systems
  • LangChain and/or LangGraph
