Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook Ads.
  • Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and YouTube advertising.
  • Enhance SEO and SEM efforts to improve organic search results and increase visibility.
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing, including blog writing, SEO-focused content, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Craft compelling and targeted content for various digital platforms, including the company website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics for websites and social media platforms, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and effective online content that aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging digital marketing technologies and AI, and best practices to ensure strategies remain cutting-edge.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and establish a robust brand identity and compelling value proposition for the organization.
  • Utilize a variety of marketing campaigns to drive traffic and boost sales on e-commerce platforms.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase awareness, demand, and sales of our products across various digital platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing in the IT sector or any Agency.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field, demonstrating a track record of success.
  • Strong proficiency in analytical skills with experience using digital marketing & analysis tools. (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Candidate must have Leadership, Team Collaboration, and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Self-starter with high resilience and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools such as SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
