Job Responsibilities:

-Act as a
technical recruiter and assessor

for civil engineering, technician, and skilled trades positions listed on

.

-Review and evaluate candidate profiles for roles like:

  • Civil Engineer
  • Site Supervisor
  • Mason
  • Steel Fixer
  • Electrician
  • Plumber
  • Welder
  • General Technician

-Conduct
technical screening interviews

, trade tests, and evaluation sessions.

-Collaborate with recruitment managers to understand client demands and shortlist qualified candidates accordingly.

-Prepare or verify
job descriptions

, test questionnaires, and skill checklists for different trade roles.

-Maintain and update candidate databases using
Google Sheets

and in-house systems.

-Schedule interviews, manage online test coordination, and maintain proper documentation via
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Meet, Drive)

.

-Provide accurate feedback and assessment summaries to support decision-making.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience

in civil engineering or construction-related roles.
- Preference for candidates with
work experience in Singapore or Gulf countries

.
Prior experience in recruitment or training/assessment

is a strong advantage.

Educational Qualification:

  • B.Sc. or Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed institution.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of
    civil engineering practices and skilled trades work

.
- Must have
excellent English communication

(verbal and written).
- Ability to handle both
engineering and technician-level assessments

.
- Familiar with overseas job requirements (especially for Singapore & Gulf).
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in
Google Suite

tools.
