𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦, 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:


• Assume responsibility for the overall management of all Civil Infra-structures, all sub-stations, Electrical Distribution Networks, Fire Fighting System, Water system, High Mast, Lighting, Air Conditioning & Ventilation, Drainage, etc.


• Prepare a strategic renovation plan of development and maintenance works for PCT & SCY's civil infra-assets (Jetty, Yard, Workshop, Admin Building, CFS Shed, Roads, Drainage system, Gate Facilities, Electrical System, Fire Fighting System, etc)


• Guarantee that all maintenance and construction projects adhere to established organizational objectives and stringent safety protocols


• Collaborate with team members to establish effective and comprehensive work plans for infrastructure projects


• Responsible for the preparation of the design calculation and drawings and RFQ for new projects, modification and repair works of Infra assets


• Review and approve the technical design, drawing, and technical specifications proposed by contractors and suppliers


• Prepare different Methods of Statement, JSA, Inspection & Test Plan and Field Quality Plan


• Supervision of all civil works and monitoring of all quality control activities of all repairs, modifications and new projects


• Take initiative for improvement and cost optimization


• Develop and manage the budget for infra-assets and manpower. Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient utilization of personnel and tools


• Prepare necessary procurement documents, review CS, and recommend the best vendor with necessary justification


• Check the bills of contractors and suppliers and prepare the job completion certificate


• Prepare insightful reports that detail project progress, manpower utilization, and relevant data to facilitate informed decision-making


• Ensure the section adheres to all relevant safety regulations and industry standards. Maintain a comprehensive safety program to minimize risks associated with maintenance and repair activities

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:


• Minimum 10 years of site experience in Civil Infrastructure/Civil Electrical functions, preferably in the

marine port industry


• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar discipline
