Ain & Ain is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting legal awareness, access to justice, and human rights advocacy across Bangladesh.

We aim to empower individuals and communities through legal knowledge, education, and community-based initiatives.

Position Overview:

We are seeking passionate and motivated Associates (Volunteers) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for law students and young professionals who wish to gain hands-on experience in legal research, human rights, and community engagement.

As an Associate, you will contribute to our ongoing efforts to make legal education and justice accessible to all.

Responsibilities
Assist in organizing and promoting legal awareness campaigns and workshops.

Conduct research on legal and human rights issues in Bangladesh.

Contribute to preparing reports, articles, and social media content on legal topics.

Support in planning community-based legal support programs.

Collaborate with team members and partner organizations to implement projects.

Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications
Law students or graduates (preferably from recognized universities in Bangladesh).

Strong interest in human rights, justice, and social change.

Good communication and writing skills (English and Bangla).

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Basic research and report-writing skills.

Commitment to volunteer ethics and organizational values.
