Compensation & other benefits:


• Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize


• Probation Period: 3 months


• Salary: Tk 6,000 (during internship)


• Salary after probation period: Tk 15,000 (based on performance)

Job Responsibilities:


• Candidate will be required to write proposals for projects.


• Identify and bid on high-potential projects aligned with company expertise.


• Secure projects through online freelancing marketplaces like , UpWork, PeoplePerHour, etc.


• Any other tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements:


• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in CSE or related fields; other disciplines are also encouraged to apply


• Previous experience in the freelancing marketplace is a plus point


• Basic knowledge of current technology tools


• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
