Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Junior CAD Design Engineer specializing in OSP and Fiber Network infrastructure. The engineer will be responsible for creating and revising engineering drawings, assisting with the design of OSP (Outside Plant) and fiber networks, and developing CAD-based layouts and product designs. Additionally, the role involves the maintenance of technical documentation and collaboration with network planning teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in designs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Engineering Drawings and Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
  • Experience in Design Engineering and Product Design
  • Background or education in Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with OSP and fiber network designs is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
