Role Description

We are seeking a Jr. Structural Engineer for a contract-based role. This hybrid role is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with opportunities for partial remote work. The primary responsibilities include performing structural analyses, creating engineering designs, conducting calculations, and collaborating with senior engineers and project teams. The Jr. Structural Engineer will assist in ensuring all designs adhere to project requirements, standards, and regulations, utilizing CAD software and civil engineering practices to develop optimized, sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Structural Analysis, Structural Engineering, and Civil Engineering
  • Strong skills with Calculations and applying engineering principles effectively
  • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to hybrid work arrangements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field
  • 1-3 years Professional Experience as Jr. Structural Engineer is Mandatory
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles and relevant industry standards is a plus
