About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
IT Support Engineer
to join our dynamic IT team at
Bashundhara Sports City
. The ideal candidate will play a key role in
CRM/ERP implementation
, cross-department coordination, and ensuring smooth project execution through structured documentation and vendor collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end
    CRM/ERP implementation
    , including requirement gathering and documentation (BRDs, workflows, ERDs).
  • Conduct
    dummy data testing
    , identify bugs, and maintain structured issue logs for vendor follow-up.
  • Act as a bridge between
    business teams, vendors, and the PMO
    to align deliverables with requirements.
  • Coordinate and document
    knowledge transfer sessions
    to streamline departmental workflows.
  • Provide
    first-level support
    for reported application issues and escalate where necessary.
  • Prepare and present
    reports and dashboards
    using Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Information Technology,
    or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in
    application development or IT project support
    .
  • Familiarity with
    enterprise applications
    , CRM/ERP systems, and
    project management standards
    .
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Working knowledge of
    Excel, Power BI
    , and data visualization/reporting tools.
  • Understanding of
    database management
    and issue tracking systems.
