Are you ready to take the next step in your technical support career within a fast-paced and evolving ad tech environment? As a Tech Support Specialist at Eskimi, you'll apply your existing knowledge to troubleshoot complex issues across our advertising platforms, while continuing to grow your skills in data analysis, client communication, and problem-solving. You'll work hands-on with advanced technologies—from scalable infrastructure to real-time bidding algorithms—alongside a supportive team of engineers, AdOps, and product experts. This role allows you to grow your expertise in areas such as quality assurance, product testing, or advanced technical troubleshooting, while making a meaningful impact from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Leverage your prior technical support experience to independently manage and resolve support tickets from internal teams and external clients.

Troubleshoot and resolve a range of technical issues related to advertising campaigns, data discrepancies, system errors, and tool integrations.

Use SQL to query and analyze data for issue diagnosis, performance tracking, and reporting.

Collaborate closely with AdOps, Product Managers, and Engineering teams to investigate and resolve complex issues, ensuring timely escalation when necessary.

Debug JavaScript-based ad creatives and solve implementation problems.

Manage AI chatbot tool maintenance, ensuring its content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with internal documentation and support standards.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT:

Proven experience in technical support, ideally in a SaaS or ad tech environment.
Strong analytical mindset and demonstrated problem-solving skills from past support scenarios.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple customer requests or incidents in a fast-paced environment.
Practical knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Hands-on experience using SQL for data extraction, analysis, and troubleshooting.
High attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering accurate and thorough support.
A proactive attitude, with a proven track record of quickly learning new tools and technologies—especially in the ad tech or digital media space.
