Job Overview

We are looking for a
Technical Support Engineer
to join our team and ensure regular monitoring and reliability of our system. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL; problem solving and have good analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly monitor the system to ensure reliability.
  • Proactively investigate and report issues to the developers with root cause analysis.
  • Prepare weekly and daily reports and automate report generation.
  • Investigate customer issues and prepare root cause analysis report and support developers to fix reported issues.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience
    in software development/software testing/support/operation
  • Strong programming skills in
    Python and Java
    (preferred).
  • Experience with
    SQL and relational databases
    .
  • Strong
    analytical and problem-solving skills
    .

Soft Skills:

  • Proficiency in English
    (both written and spoken).
  • Organized and self-managed
    , able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Respectful and collaborative
    , able to work well in a team.
  • Growth mindset
    , willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
    in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

    BDT 80,000 - 1,00,000 per month.
